Continually planning, reviewing and agreeing the drivers career path with the development and maintenance of a continual ongoing 3 year Career Plan taking into account drivers objectives and budget.
Being a champion of the driver with key motorsport personnel and paying particular attention to the career plan and working with the driver to ensure the highest standards are met covering work ethic, race reports, fitness, diet, lifestyle, time management, interviews and conduct.
Partner Acquisition and Management
There are various aspects to a successful brand and creating a following. Using key people experienced in this area to deliver activities which include Driver interview training/feedback, PR management, Social Media/Digital Management, Website management, Design work, Photographer.
Procurement & Management of Racing & Testing Programmes
Identify the options to support the Career Plan, and once agreed, negotiate the race and testing programme(s). Create an annual Activity Plan which take into account racing, testing plus any/all other required activities such as car control work, driver coaching, etc.
Manage all the day to day activity that goes with race and testing programmes including sim, prep, insurance, legal contracts, race kit, plus supporting the driver with all questions and any issues that may arise with the team.
Driver Development
Ensuring an ongoing understanding of the drivers strengths and weaknesses in and out of the car and create a Development Plan to maintain/improve the key areas to enable the driver to be the best they can be on and off track as a racing driver.
Fitness, Hydration & Recovery
An opportunity to work with one of the best performance coaches who has spent many years working alongside Max Verstappen in Formula One. He would support with all fitness and nutrition aspects to ensure the driver is physically and mentally fit and prepared.
Mental Wellbeing
An opportunity to work with one of the best performance coaches who has spent many years working alongside Max Verstappen in Formula One. He would support with all fitness and nutrition aspects to ensure the driver is physically and mentally fit and prepared.
Professional Racing Adviser
Support the continued learning for drivers to understand how racing cars work and the set up changes/impacts. This can be done as part of the race and test programmes with race teams plus with supplementary activity with race teams and engineers.

Driver Coaching & Car Control Development
Upon discussion/analysis if we feel there is a benefit to having a personal driver coach who would be present at every simulator, test and race event this can be organised and managed.
There are various activities that aid the development and achieving the highest level of confidence and skills with car control, tyre management, etc. These can include days with a professional, skid pan, ice driving, rally car, etc.
